Global Warming Truth or Fraud?

what do you think about Global Warming? Do you agree and believe what you see on TV or do you question it and do in depth search? Does your search support or Global Warming or does it make you shy away from it? What were your first impressions when you first heard about it? Has that changed from what you heard read etc? Do you give the theory Al Gore pumped out merit? Why or why not?

I know that is a lot of questions but when people question things they normally find the truth more then if they don't question.

I don't really know whether to believe them or not because some say that it won't affect us untill later some say that it has already started. Look at The Phillipines, Indonesia and all those other countries that go affected be flooding. I think that it was caused by global warming. I felt devastated when i heard aboput the Philippine flooding seeing as I am from there myself, and the floods aren't that bad when i used to be there.

Then we go to the people who believe that it will start later on and won't affect us until about 2020 or something. Apparantly, the polar caps will be non-existent but summer 2050 (or something close to that year). :/

well we had the coldest winter in like forever here in NZ in some places it snowed for the FIRST TIME EVER! like literally first time ever so Global Warming?....

It was already happening, but he have, and continue to, speed it up.

It will change very few climates, however, until the icecaps finally give out, at which time the temperature rises would be a drastic, and easily notable change.

according to theory, which my scientific knowledge supports of course.

It's mainly that more and more gasses are being trapped in the atmosphere which trap heat from the sun at higher amounts than it should.

tim, it's like overclocking your computer as you play something, it'll slowly heat up more and more, though you can still game, till it gets too hot and the comp crashes

but with the PC your adding more internal heat this theory bases on external heat totally differn't

also who says the heat gets trapped? it just whooshes into the starts at night time because heat goes up, besides you know how massive the atmosphere is? to big for a couple thousand plants (factories) to do much difference. also the more it traps in the more it traps out everyone works 2 ways thus it will be a more stable temperature

Also another theory which I give as much validity is that the warmer it gets the more water evaporates (this is fact by the way) as the higher the temperature not only does water evaporate faster but the air can also hold more water in it. All this water in the atmosphere actually blocks sunlight from the Earth causing it to recieve less heat from its only heat source... The Sun now when you block your only source of heat what happens? the place cools down as it cools less water can stay in the atmosphere and it falls as snow and rain causing a cool period in history, then it gradually starts heating up again melting the snow because mroe heat comes in gradually it melts enough snow and makes enough evaporation again that the cycle repeats.

Thus I am 100% certain that even if it is heating up the natural cycles will ultimately cool it down again. To those of you who don't understand the world runs in cycles, ecosystems run in cycles even rain and evaporation is a cycle day and night etc... Just because it starts warming up doesn't mean we need to panic and blame the humans, we just have to open our eyes to possibly another natural cycle that has been going on for a very long time.

Also this blaming the humans is a recent thing, it is a religion in fact. This religion worships "Mother Nature" this religion puts nature above humans and in fact kills an starves humans by the thousands . One could call it New Age, but it really has a slippery name, I would warn you all of it though. It is a recent invention and it is the biggest religion of them all, and one of the things they highly support is Global Warming, that is why it has such great support because of all the people believing in it. It is kind of a mic of religions, the sad thing is most people that follow it don't even know they are following it, i.e. agnostics a lot of Hindus, New Agers, mystics, occult, a lot of those religions agree with it.

If you haven't seen nowadays it doesn't matter what you believe as long as you believe in "something" and agree that "your truth" is only "your truth" its putting all religions on an equal level and making people think that it doesn't matter what religion they follow. And I guarantee that all the followers of this new religion of all religions believe in Global Warming. And most believe god is just some force out there and that nature is more important then people and people are destroying the world.

There I have said my piece sorry for going of track a bit but it is funny to see how it all ties together, everything is religious in this world because everything runs on beliefs and beliefs are religious in nature because they require faith. Thus i tend to look at things from a philosophical angle because everything has one. I seem to find more truth looking at it philosophically then logically for some reason.

Well enough said I'll let you say some more.

But in the UK, it snowed in March when it is spring. now that should have not happened. It is unusual for mee seeing as it is the first time i saw snow.

Who says the heat gets trapped? Well the scientist who had apparantly proved that the greenhouse effect is trapping in the CO2 which is heating up the planet. Also, alot of CO2 are trapped in the ice caps and as the ice caps melt, it releases more carbon dioxide.

yes it is in fact a fact. But with water melting and more rain falls and evaporates, what does the evaporated turn into? More clouds. Since the planet is getting hotter, it is evaporating more and more water then it probably used to. So this floods places more. I dont know how earthquakes work that well since we haven't covered it fully yet but i believe that the earth's crust is being heated up more thus making the plates more even more violently.

I also need to mention that people are still cutting down trees Illegaly. I think we should consider this as well.

Do I believe in it? Yes. Do I think it's gonna be the end of us? If we're a bunch of sissies and don't anything to better ourselves then Yes.

According to studies in the crust along with research of the geographical timeline, our Earth has been through this before. Just not as fast. But that doesn't mean we're helpless. Oh no, in fact, this means that we need to get out rears in gear in my opinion. We still have coastal civilizations that are only so protected against natural storms. Why? Because we like the weather and are too lazy to reform hundreds of coastline cities. Lately, the weather hasn't been liking us, so, we've been paying for it. All over in fact.

If we were to, you know, LEARN from our mistakes and quit repeating [like the whole New Orleans incident we're still moping about in the U.S.] then I think we would be caring less about the weather changes. Of course, this is merely opinion.
